Job Description
We are working with a well-established construction contractor delivering a number of exciting commercial projects across Queenstown and Central Otago.
Due to continued project growth, they are looking to bring on an experienced Site Manager who can confidently lead site operations and deliver projects to a high standard of quality, safety and programme.

About the Role
As Site Manager you will take ownership of daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. You will work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors and wider project team to coordinate construction activities and maintain high standards on site.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily site activities and construction programme delivery
• Manage subcontractors and site labour to ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain strong health and safety standards across the site
• Monitor build quality and ensure work is delivered to specification
• Communicate with project managers, consultants and stakeholders
• Identify and resolve issues on site to keep projects moving forward
About You
• Proven experience working as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills
• Confident managing subcontractors and site teams
• Solid understanding of NZ construction processes and safety standards
• Ability to maintain programme, quality and site productivity
