The Role

We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Auckland based client in a full-time, permanent role (45 hrs/week)

• Work across interior trades, especially plasterboard linings
• Mix of office-based and on-site responsibilities

Experience We’re After

• Estimating and take-offs for interior trades
• Tender analysis and monthly tender coordination
• Pre-start and on-site meetings with clients/subcontractors
• Managing variations and project budgets
• Preparing claims, payment schedules, and final accounts

Quantity Surveyor Requirements

• 3+ years’ QS experience or relevant qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying preferred
• Knowledge of NZS 3910:2013 and NZS 4202
• Strong organisational and reporting abilities
• Excellent communication and independent work skills
