$50 - $53/hr.

• Develop, review, and negotiate supplier contracts while managing supplier performance and relationships to ensure compliance with standards, specifications, and client requirements.
• Research and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, capabilities, and reputation, ensuring buyers source high-quality materials at the lowest total cost and in alignment with project specifications.
• Oversee the full procurement lifecycle, including preparing and issuing RFPs, evaluating vendor/subcontractor proposals, and selecting partners that meet budget and schedule constraints across estimating, execution, and site purchasing.
• Support the creation of company-wide procurement templates and leverage vendor/subcontractor relationships across projects to drive cost savings.
• Address defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective actions in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
• Coordinate with logistics to monitor shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Assist in negotiating high-risk contracts and resolving complex or disputed contract issues, supporting procurement staff and providing necessary legal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management or related field with at least 2+ years’ experience in contracts & supply chain functions
• SAP experience a plus
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to new processes and procedures 
• Working knowledge of computers and experience in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
