Overview of the Contract Recruiter

Seeking an experienced corporate recruiter for a 60-90 day temporary role.  Must have 1-2 years of experience in full cycle recruiting. 
 
Duties of the Contract Recruiter

• Using applicant tracking system to identify qualified candidates
• Conducting telephone and in person interviews
• Qualifying candidates for various open positions
• Scheduling candidates as needed
• Multi-state & multi-site recruitment 

Requirements of the Contract Recruiter

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent
• 2+ years related work experience including significant recruiting experience
• Experience with applicant tracking system(s)
• Excellent verbal and written communication with all levels of the organization
• Work with a sense of urgency handling multiple high priorities

Schedule of the Contract Recruiter

M-F, 8:00am to 5:00pm
100% onsite
