Labor & Employee Relations

• Serve as the primary HR contact for union-represented employees and frontline leaders.
• Interpret collective bargaining agreements and ensure contractual compliance across departments.
• Partner with Labor Relations on grievances, investigations, discipline, and arbitration preparations.
• Support union negotiations by gathering data, preparing proposals, and participating in bargaining sessions.

HR Partnership & Strategy

• Coach leaders on performance management, corrective action, and union communication best practices.
• Advise management on workforce planning, organizational changes, and labor-related risk mitigation.
• Lead HR initiatives within assigned business units, ensuring alignment with corporate HR strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least  5 years supporting a unionized environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and grievance/discipline procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to influence leadership and build trust across diverse teams.
• Experience handling investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
