Warehouse Lead:
Cornerstone has partnered with a dynamic electric company here in Omaha and is looking to hire a Warehouse Lead to join their team. The Warehouse Lead will take over the Warehouse Manager role in 2 years when the current employee retires. Looking for someone to step up into the leadership role. More details are below!

Pay/Benefits for the Warehouse Lead:

• $40,000k/year to start
• Pay will increase to $60,000-65,000 once promoted into the manager role

Responsibilities for the Warehouse Lead:

• Communicate with field teams to check tools in/out
• Deliver parts/tools locally using a box or stake bed truck
• Operate sit-down forklift for unloading/moving pallets
• Basic facility maintenance and warehouse upkeep
• Process purchase orders and assist with annual inventory

Requirements for the Warehouse Lead:

• Prior warehouse experience
• CDL A or B preferred (we’ll pay to get you licensed!)
• Sit-down forklift experience
• Strong organizational skills
• A proactive, self-starting attitude - we need a future leader
• Someone who shows up, contributes, and wants to grow
