Job Title: Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Overview:
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Inside Sales / CSR to support customers in the building materials and home remodeling industry. This role (M-F, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM) is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and providing accurate order support in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and faxes to process orders and provide quotes
• Assist walk-in customers and help locate SKUs or recommend alternatives
• Enter orders accurately in a Windows-based system and perform basic measurements/conversions for countertops
• Work with outside sales reps to support customer needs and identify add-on sales opportunities
• Solve product or project issues creatively
• Perform light inventory tasks such as restocking and cycle counts

Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think independently
• Comfortable on the phone with varying order volumes
• Math-savvy for measurements and conversions
• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and proactive
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• Previous experience working with building materials
• Previous Inside sales or CSR experience 

Compensation:

• $19–$21/hour
• Contract-to-hire position with excellent benefits upon hire
