Production Supervisor- $56-60k
Cornerstone is hiring a Production Supervisor for our client to directly supervise and coordinate the activities of the Production, Quality, Safety, and Scheduling departments to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of product.
  
Shift for the Production Supervisor:
-2nd shift, M-F 2:30pm-11pm
-OT on Saturdays/Weekends when needed, not frequent
-Located in NE Omaha

  
Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor:

• Lead and assist in training the production team
• Enforce safety regulations
• Coordinate the manufacturing and production process
• Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments
• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions

Qualifications of the Production Supervisor:

• 3 years of experience as a production supervisor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Lean manufacturing preferred
• Proven leadership ability

Compensation for the Production Supervisor:
$56-60k+ FULL BENEFITS
