The Client Services Specialist provides customer service to agents, policy-holders claimants, and others as needed.
Duties of the Client Services Specialist
Provide customer service to agents, insureds, claimants and others for billing and claim reporting and inquiries
Daily tasks including responding to agents and insureds regarding inquiries to billing and claims
First level customer support for all agents and insureds on software applications including assistance in accessing the software and helping with basic usage
Preferred Experience of the Client Services Specialist
1-2 years of customer service experience
Previous experience working with insurance claims is a plus
Basic math skills are also highly desired
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field highly desired
Required Experience of the Client Services Specialist
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage priorities and work under deadlines
Savvy with MS Office
Education Requirement of the Client Services Specialist
High school diploma or GED, along with some college coursework required
Schedule and Compensation of the Client Services Specialist
M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some possibility of hybrid
$19/hr.
