We are seeking a Customer Service Managers to assist the Property Manager of Operations with managing the day-to-day operations and lead a small operations team at our UniLodge Park Avenue property in Parkville, VIC. You will be responsible for effectively managing a small operations team, working together to manage daily operations, leasing and resident support.
About the Role
Full Time position
Roster: Monday to Friday (9:00 to 5pm)
Additional hours may be required for urgent or emergency matters
Manage the day-to-day administrative operations
Ongoing management of the apartments including inspections and maintenance requests
Maintain the property to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation
Develop, implement, foster, and manage the Residential Life Programs
VIC Agent Representative certificate (willing to obtain)
COVID full vaccination or exemption as per VIC State & industry legislation
Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to problem solve & manage conflict
A focus on service and quality with the passion to deliver outstanding experience
National Police Check & Working with Children’s check (required)
