Our Role

As the Residential Concierge (internally known as a Resident Experience Team Member), you'll be the welcoming face of Dickson Village Apartments - delivering exceptional service, coordinating community events, and fostering a vibrant, connected resident experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide warm, professional service to residents and guests, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support leasing and property tasks, including check-ins, inspections, and apartment viewings.
• Take initiative in resolving resident concerns, ensuring timely and thorough follow-through.
• Maintain strong working relationships with maintenance, cleaning, and security teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Uphold residents’ rights, privacy, and safety while actively contributing to emergency response procedures.

Skills & Experience Required

• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Cert IV in Real Estate Practice (ACT) or be willing to obtain
• Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail
• Confident in problem-solving and making sound decisions
• Foundational experience in leasing or property support
