About the Role: 

As our portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for a Senior Leasing & Property Manager to lead leasing performance, optimise occupancy and deliver an exceptional resident journey from first enquiry through to lease renewal.
  
Working closely with internal teams and key stakeholders, you'll lead leasing initiatives, oversee property management operations and build lasting relationships with residents to maximise occupancy, retention and community engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on leadership in a fast-paced and growing environment.

Your new day-to-day will include:

• Drive leasing strategies to maximise occupancy, rental performance and portfolio growth.
• Lead rent reviews, pricing strategies, leasing incentives and renewal initiatives.
• Deliver an exceptional customer journey through property tours, inspections and personalised leasing support.
• Oversee leasing and property management operations to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Develop and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency across the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with relevant residential tenancy legislation and internal policies.

About You:

You'll be an experienced property management professional who thrives on building relationships, leading teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences. To this role, you will also bring: 

• Previous experience in residential leasing, property management or Build to Rent.
• A valid & current Cert IV in Real Estate Practice 
• Demonstrated ability to drive leasing performance and achieve occupancy targets.
• Strong understanding of residential tenancy legislation and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to interact with renters, trades, and stakeholders
• Unrestricted working rights in AU & Valid National Police Check
