Based at UniLodge Mayoral Drive Student Accommodation, Auckland.
Looking for someone with strong administration skills and strong accounting acumen
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a part-time Administration Assistant to join our Mayoral Drive Student Accommodation team. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for the coordination and provision of high level administrative and contract coordination. In addition to this, the Administration Assistant will be responsible for the control of administration functions through the application of appropriate systems, processes and communications. This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week across Monday to Friday.
Your Duties will include:
Provide high level administration and coordination of relevant reporting and other documentation
Coordinate and produce documents, reports, presentations and other documents as required by the Operating Service Plans (OSPs)
Receipting of all transactions from Mayoral Drive account into Property Management System
Coordinate End of Month Reporting including items as outlined in the OSPs and financial requirements
Assist with booking and applications during peak periods ensuring that the outlined turnaround time is met
Develop and maintain office systems, including files, data management and databases
Provide ongoing support to the continuous improvement of operations and procedures and partner with the business to maintain and develop policies as necessary
Assist with inhouse Accounts.
Provide relief cover and support to the Managers and Reception staff as required
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels across AUT University
Maintain a thorough understanding of the Property Management System, ensure data's integrity and provide support and guidance to Managers
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Previous experience in a similar high-volume environment
Demonstrated experience in administration including report writing, budgets and administration coordination
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent computer skills
Ability to provide evidence of a National Police Check
