Our Opportunity
  
We are looking for a Resident Experience Manager who is passionate about delivering and maintaining “best in class” service delivery and assisting to oversee day-to-day operations of the property. Reporting to the General Manager, this permanent full-time position will offer you diversity in your daily responsibilities; from assisting with resident-related inquiries and property management to planning and executing community events.
  
The Property
  
Introducing a waterfront community located in the vibrant heart of Wentworth Point. This exceptional property offers luxurious amenities and high-quality living spaces, just steps away from the Wentworth Point promenade. The BTR complex consists of an impressive selection of 211 spacious 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments and townhouses. Amenity areas include landscaped podium, pool, state-of-the-art gym, co-working spaces, private dining room, resident lounge, BBQ terrace and more. 
  
Your responsibilities
  
The roles duties and accountabilities include, but are not limited to:  

• Assist with the day-to-day property management - coordinate and deliver a smooth move in and out process for all residents, and ensure apartment turnaround times are in conjunction with targeted KPI’s, ensuring routine inspections and repairs are carried out prior to move out.
• Community Engagement - champion the Resident Community Engagement Plan, assisting in the planning and execution of community events in collaboration with the wider team and General Manager
• Financial Management - Ensure accurate accounting of all resident related accounts for occupancy fee and sundries
• Administration - Understand and comply with the current version of the relevant legislation applicable to Wentworth Quarter (such as the Residential Tenancies Act, Property and Stock Agents Act, Discrimination Act, and other relevant State legislation). And provide timely and accurate internal management communication and reports.

About You:  

We are on the lookout for an individual who is deeply motivated by creating spaces where people feel connected, welcomed, and genuinely at home. You bring creativity, care, and strong organisation to building memorable experiences, fostering belonging, and bringing communities to life. You will also have:

• Certificate of Registration or a Class 2 license
• Proven experience in property, built‑to‑rent, hospitality, or a customer‑focused environment
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia & National Police Check
