About the Role

Take the lead as Maintenance Manager at our vibrant Brisbane City location, where your expertise will make a real impact. With a strong focus on safety and attention to detail, you'll oversee all aspects of building maintenance, coordinate preventative programs, and manage contractors to ensure high-quality service. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Oversee maintenance across apartments, common areas, and building exteriors, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs, managing suppliers and budgets effectively.
• Coordinate contractors to deliver timely, high-quality work.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and report to the General Manager.
• Ensure all maintenance complies with safety regulations and company policies.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

• Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia
• A trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, or Plumbing (highly desirable)
• Valid Driver's Licence + reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication skills + ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
• Proactive and goal-focused, with a drive to deliver beyond expectations
