We are partnering with a well-regarded New Zealand manufacturer to secure a Systems Lead for a business-critical laboratory information management platform.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, quality, laboratories, and IT. It's ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex system problems, improving workflows, and working closely with people across the business.

You might be:
- An experienced LIMS Administrator or Systems Specialist
- An Application Support or Business Systems Analyst
- A technically strong IT professional looking for ownership and impact
- Someone with advanced systems capability who enjoys bridging technical and operational teams
What you will do:
- Own and support a business-critical laboratory systems platform
- Troubleshoot system, workflow, integration, and data-related issues
- Configure workflows, maintain master data, and improve system performance
- Lead enhancements, upgrades, testing, validation, and deployment activities
- Develop reporting capability and support operational insights
- Work closely with laboratory, operations, quality, and IT stakeholders
- Deliver training and promote consistent system use across teams
What we are looking for:
- Experience administering or supporting complex business systems, enterprise applications, or LIMS platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
- Confidence working with data structures, workflows, and interconnected systems
- Exposure to SQL, reporting tools, scripting, configuration, or backend support environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and operational stakeholders
- Someone proactive, adaptable, and capable of learning new systems quickly
