This is an excellent opportunity for a building services professional who enjoys leading projects, developing people and working closely with clients. You'll take ownership of multiple projects from planning through to successful delivery while providing technical leadership and mentoring to a growing team.

Whether your background is in building services design, installation, commissioning or project delivery, this role offers the opportunity to apply your technical expertise across a diverse portfolio of complex commercial construction projects.


What you will do

• Lead the delivery of multiple building services coordination, commissioning and engineering projects
• Build strong relationships with clients and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Provide technical guidance across projects and support engineering teams
• Mentor and develop two direct reports through coaching and regular feedback
• Oversee quality assurance, commissioning activities and project documentation
• Support business development, proposals and repeat client opportunities

What we are looking for

• Engineering experience within building services
• Experience gained in design, installation, commissioning or project delivery
• Confident communicator who enjoys working directly with clients
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes
• Engineering qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or a related discipline preferred
