What you will do

• Lead daily production performance across output, quality, waste and efficiency
• Be a visible, hands-on leader on the production floor
• Coach and develop 7 Team Leaders and a wider team of 50+ staff
• Drive a strong Lean and Continuous Improvement culture (monthly CI activity)
• Utilise ERP and BI systems to support data-driven decision making
• Oversee training systems, capability frameworks and competency development
• Identify and implement process and equipment improvements
• Support planning and supply chain as a 2IC when required

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as a Production Manager in a food or FMCG environment
• A genuine people leader—someone who builds trust, accountability and engagement
• Experience leading through structure, not chaos
• Confidence working cross-functionally with technical and operational teams
• Strong understanding of Lean / Continuous Improvement principles
• Solid knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, FCP, allergens)
