Engineering Trades Australia is currently seeking an experienced Fixed Plant Mechanical Fitter for a 2:2 roster with a strong background in Gold Processing plants.

This role will be for a minimum of 3 months with potential to go permanent with our client for the right person.

Experience required:

• This site works in very small crews; therefore, you must be able to work independently at times
• Must have extensive knowledge on gold processing plant equipment
• Must have at least 2+ years' experience on a maintenance roster on a gold site

Job Details

• Location:      Murchinson region, WA 
• Start date:    ASAP
• Roster:         2:2 Dayshift only 
• Rates:          $70ph flat 
• FIFO from Perth only! 
• Gold Site - Clean police clearance will be required 
• Meals and accommodation provided at camp 
• Weekly pay - Every Friday 
• One point of contact at ETA 

Requirements for the role:

• Proven experience working on gold sites in Australia 
• Must have Australian PR or Citizenship - as will lead to permanent employment 
• Australian Trade Certificate
• White card
• HRWL - Forklift, Dogging & Rigging - must be confident in these
• Working at heights & Confined Spaces - Within 2 years 
• Able to pass a Pre-employment medical and D&A
