Are you an experienced administrator with expertise in the Social Housing sector?
My client has an immediate opportunity for a Compliance Administrator to join their Property Services Team on an interim basis.
The successful applicant will oversee the delivery of property-related safety servicing programmes, ensuring residents remain safe and all statutory landlord compliance requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee delivery of safety servicing programmes, including:

• Gas safety

• Asbestos safety

• Mechanical and electrical safety

• Water safety

• Fire safety

• Other areas of statutory property compliance

• Ensure all servicing programmes are proactively managed and statutory requirements are met.
• Monitor operational performance of safety servicing contractors.
• Support weekly/monthly inspections of communal areas.
• Support Property Inspectors as required.
• Lead on securing access for compliance inspections or servicing, including enforcement where necessary and in line with policies.
• Work with Housing and Customer Service teams to ensure recharges are processed correctly.
• Identify and report safeguarding or vulnerability concerns.
• Provide clear, timely communication to residents regarding appointments and works.

Requirements:

• Experience working with management databases and data input
• Experience monitoring and managing operational performance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong administrative skills and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to prioritise and manage a busy, reactive workload.
• Experience working within social housing (Desirable)
