Our client in ACT seeks the services of DSS L3 2026 Defence Capability Symposium with minimum NV1 clearance.

Security Clearance - Australian Citizens with minimum NV1 Clearance
Length of Contract - 8 months
Closing Date - 29/10/2025
Key Responsibilities:
Learning, development and training - with the ability to design, develop and deliver the content and materials to meet the Symposium requirements of delivering the latest capability guidance, strategic direction and awareness of evolving capability matters to stakeholders.
Event strategy and management - Including planning, scheduling, conducting and promoting an engaging event that leverages interactive experiences and deepens participant connection with the content.
Multi-media and audio-visual production - Including live-streaming, technical facilitation and assistance (during event); and recording, production of accessible recorded content for online viewing (post event).
Communications, event marketing and social media - Including the development and production of suitable promotional and staging materials such as flyers; brochures; handouts; posters; banners; pull-ups; media wall; social media props. Response is to include development and production costs internal to the provider.
Evaluation and wrap-up - The production of post-event activities and artefacts, including post-event communications, and a meaningful event evaluation report including analysis of logistics, content, engagement and participant outcomes, and lessons learned and suggestions for improvement of future symposiums.
Ability to lead and support stakeholder consultation and engagement.
The capability and capacity to work autonomously within a team environment.
