Key duties and responsibilities:

• Capability and Capacity:
  Demonstrated ability to meet the requirements and objectives, with proven experience delivering similar projects in complex and secure environments.
• Delivery and Management:
  Ability to implement, maintain, and support the platform, including data management, upgrades, and user training.
• Financial and Commercial:
  Competitive and transparent pricing, showing value for money and consideration of total costs and benefits over the contract term.
• Contract Compliance:
  Level of compliance with the Draft Contract, including all terms and contract details.
• Risks and Benefits:
  Identification and management of key risks, demonstration of financial and organisational stability, environmental efficiency, and appropriate insurance coverage.

• DSS - 2.3 - Systems and Software Engineering: Software Engineering - L1-L6
• SFIA Skill Code - Systems and software lifecycle engineering (SLEN) - L2-L7
