• Security Clearance - Australian Citizens with NV1 Clearance
• Length of Contract - 21 months
• Closing Date - 5th November 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface between ADF and Industry within delegated scope.
• Perform the role of Configuration Analysts and support Engineering Manager in Configuration Management.
• Investigation and resolution.
• Site Liaison between Contractor and ADF.
• Liaison with Fleet managers for equipment.
• Provide advice to the Acquisition Team for In-Service Support transition preparation.
• Coordination and management of Repair and Replacement items.
• Stocktake Auditing with the Contractor.
• Provide IIS advice and input into Transition planning.

Secondary tasks/responsibilities:

• Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on transition.
• Assistance with the Transfer/Disposal of equipment.
• Review of contract deliverables and provide authoritative feedback, including recommendations for rectification or opportunities for improvement.
• Respond to correspondence, brief and reports through relevant delegate (internal or external).
• Transfer of knowledge to, and mentoring of, team members.

Experience/Skills Sought:

• As the successful candidate you will possess the following: Work independently and autonomously with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Ability to influence Contractors, Stakeholder and Project personnel.
• Work under broad direction and be self-initiated to achieve the most an effective outcome.
• Incorporate policy and procedures into plans and management philosophies.
• Communicates effectively both formally and informally to a wide variety of stakeholders to build and create enduring relationships.
• Minimum 5 years or relevant Supply Support/Defence Project experience.
• Experience in related Sustainment organisations.
• Experience in relevant external stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in relevant Configuration Management experience.
