About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Policy and Technical Writer with government experience to support policy development, standard operations procedures, process mapping and user guides, governance documentation, and audit preparation aligned with ESG or ISO or ITIL frameworks.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure documentation meets ISO 27001, SOC2, and HIPAA requirements.
• Collaborate with security and audit teams to produce audit-ready artefacts.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality management systems.

Skills and Experience

• Previous government experience (APS4-6 equivalent).
• Proven ability to write policies and procedures aligned with ISO standards.
• Experience in audit, governance, and risk documentation.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
