An incredible investment management with £10 billion under management are looking for an Assistant Financial Accountant to join their group finance team. This person will be helping the team with month end and management accounting responsibilities.
  
This is a great role for a part qualified candidate looking to build their career.
  
Your role:

• Assisting with month-end, producing management accounts, and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Supporting the preparations of Group financial statements under IFRS.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and posting journals.
• Processing entries onto the general ledger.
• Supporting the wider Finance team and CFO with ad-hoc tasks.

  
Your skills & Qualification:

• Studying towards an accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Experience within Financial Services is desirable but not a must.
• Great interpersonal skills for communicating with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong Excel skills and double-entry bookkeeping knowledge.

They will offer study support and are looking to offer the successful candidate up to £45,000.
