Are you looking for a role where your financial expertise meets innovation? We’re searching for a talented finance professional who is detail-oriented, analytical, and excited about working with ambitious startups. This role would suit an ACA with a year or two in M&A, Due Diligence, Valuations or Modelling teams. I would also be keen to speak to you if you’re in a start-up/scale-up business in a commercial finance role.
  
What you’ll be doing:

• Build and review financial models for startups raising Seed to Series B rounds.
• Support founders through investor-readiness and due diligence.
• Work on venture debt raises and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with founders to map out growth strategies and long-term projections.
• Research market trends and contribute to reports that shape the ecosystem.

  
What we’re looking for:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA (or equivalent) qualified—or close to qualifying.
• Experience in financial modelling and due diligence.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A genuine interest in startups, tech, and venture capital.
