What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the full contract administration lifecycle across new build residential and commercial projects
• Preparing and negotiating subcontracts, variations, and progress claims
• Monitoring project costs, budgets, and forecasts against contract value
• Liaising with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to keep commercial matters on track
• Identifying and managing contractual risk throughout the project lifecycle
• Supporting the project manager and management with reporting and commercial strategy — with a view to taking on more responsibility as you grow into the role

What You'll Bring

• 3–5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in the Australian construction industry
• Solid experience on new build commercial and/or multi-residential projects
• Jobpac experience highly regarded
• Strong commercial and contractual acumen, with sharp attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A genuine appetite for career growth and a willingness to be developed into a senior, leadership role
