Working alongside experienced project professionals, you'll gain hands-on exposure to the full project lifecycle, contributing to everything from planning and procurement through to construction delivery and project completion.
The Role This is far more than a traditional administration position. You'll become an integral part of a busy projects team, helping keep multiple projects moving while coordinating contractors, consultants, approvals, financial reporting, and project documentation.
You'll be involved in:
- Supporting the delivery of construction, refurbishment, fitout and infrastructure projects
- Coordinating project schedules, meetings and stakeholder communications
- Maintaining project documentation and reporting systems
- Assisting with procurement, contractor engagement and project approvals
- Tracking project costs, invoices and expenditure
- Working closely with consultants, builders and internal teams to keep projects progressing
- Visiting project sites and gaining practical exposure to project delivery
- Contributing to the successful handover of completed projects
About You: We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, highly organised, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You may come from a background in:
- Project Coordination
- Construction Administration
- Property or Facilities Management
- Architecture or Engineering Support
- Contract Administration
- Client-side Project Administration
You'll also bring:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to juggle competing priorities
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and project documentation systems
- A genuine interest in property, construction, development or infrastructure projects
