Senior Change Manager | Enterprise Transformation | Immediate Start
We're seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to join a critical transformation program within the health sector.
This is a hands-on contract opportunity where you'll lead the end-to-end change management workstream for the implementation of a new Clinical & Care Governance platform. Working closely with business and project stakeholders, you'll drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption across a large, enterprise-wide initiative.

About the Program
You'll be supporting the delivery of a major technology transformation, including:

• Implementation of a new Clinical & Care Governance system.
• Migration of approximately 10,000 users to the new platform.
• Development of interfaces between key business systems.
• Supporting business readiness, adoption and transition activities.
• Decommissioning of legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all change management activities across the program.
• Develop and execute change management, communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Create high-quality change collateral, including communications, presentations and training materials.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and business readiness activities.
• Support user adoption and organisational change throughout implementation.
• Identify and manage change risks and issues.
• Work collaboratively with program and business stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

About You
You'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Senior Change Manager on enterprise transformation programs.
• A hands-on approach to delivering organisational change.
• Previous experience supporting M&A or business integration initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience developing change collateral, communications and training material.
• Health or aged care sector experience will be highly regarded.
