Responsibilities:

Driving sales through effective communication, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Providing feedback to management on customer preferences, market conditions, and product/service improvements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in a related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets.
Knowledge of relevant sales techniques and strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
