Our client, a well-established business setup consultancy, is seeking a Client Servicing Executive – Arabic Typist to handle end-to-end documentation and licensing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating, generating, and processing a wide range of business documents for new applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and generate documents for:
  
  • Company name reservations
  • New license applications
  • License renewals, amendments, and cancellations
  • NOC letters and certificates
  • Standalone MOA/OA
  • NMC applications
  • Document attestations
  • IBLR, e-Channel, and pre-approvals
  • Suspension certificate issuance
• Submit applications through relevant portals and internal systems (ERP, E-Channel)
• Ensure documents meet accuracy and compliance standards before release
• Provide support to other departments as needed
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties
• Maintain accurate data in internal databases and submit daily task reports
• Meet set SLAs and timelines for operational excellence

Qualifications & Skills:

• At least a Secondary School Certificate
• 4–7 years of office-based experience, preferably in a Freezone or business setup company
• Proficient in Arabic and English typing
• Strong skills in MS Office and general computer literacy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
