Our client, a leading business setup firm, is seeking a Client Servicing Executive to manage end-to-end business transactions—from company formation to cancellations—while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a high standard of client care. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process company transactions such as setups, renewals, amendments, and cancellations
• Ensure internal procedures and timelines are followed accurately
• Minimize errors during document processing and submissions
• Communicate with clients to provide updates or gather missing information
• Suggest process improvements to the Senior Client Servicing Executive or Manager
• Support senior team members and team leaders with client-related tasks as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Proven experience in a similar role within the business setup or Free Zone industry
• Familiar with MS Office and document preparation
• Experience as an office admin or typist is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a client-focused mindset
• Fluent in English; an additional language is a bonus
