Our client, a respected leader in business setup and corporate services, is looking for a Corporate Ambassador to act as the frontline representative for client interactions. This role is pivotal in listening to client needs, managing escalations, and coordinating solutions—ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted liaison by actively listening and responding to clients’ needs, concerns, and requests
• Take full ownership of client issues from initial contact through to resolution, coordinating with internal and external teams to achieve timely outcomes
• Handle escalations professionally, ensuring resolutions are aligned with company policies while prioritizing client satisfaction
• Maintain a high standard of communication across all touchpoints to build lasting client relationships
• Provide guidance and updates to clients, meeting or exceeding the service standards set by the organization
• Support the team with additional tasks or special assignments as delegated by the manager or team leader

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proven experience in a similar operations or client-facing role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP platforms, and CRM tools such as Zoho
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
• Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus
