Our client, a leading company formation and business solutions provider, is on the lookout for a Client Experience Executive who can ensure a smooth and professional journey for every client. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for clients, supporting them from onboarding through to post-service interactions while maintaining high service standards and satisfaction scores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every client interaction—whether via phone, WhatsApp, email, chat, or in person—is professional, helpful, and courteous
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by following up on inquiries and providing timely updates on transactions and application progress
• Handle escalations efficiently and ensure resolution within set timelines
• Guide clients through online platforms and ERP systems, providing templates or step-by-step assistance as needed
• Provide consistent updates on application status (e.g., visa processing, immigration card, etc.) to manage expectations and avoid delays
• Track KPIs, including response time, customer satisfaction (C-SAT), Google reviews, and service quality metrics
• Record recurring issues and work with internal departments to suggest improvements or solutions
• Support both individual and team goals through strong collaboration and a proactive approach to service delivery
• Help reduce misunderstandings through clear and timely phone communication
• Continuously learn about company offerings to give clients the most accurate and up-to-date information
• Report on client experience trends and highlight areas for process improvements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
• Proven experience in client relations, customer service, or guest experience roles
• Background in business setup services or Freezone operations is an advantage
• Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to handle escalations professionally
• Proficient in CRM or customer experience platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with multi-channel support platforms
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is a plus
