Project Engineers & Managers for FDOT heavy civil contractors - Tampa to Orlando FL.
Multiple well-established heavy civil contractors are expanding their teams due to newly awarded and upcoming FDOT projects across Central Florida.
These roles support major roadway and infrastructure programs, not short-term or rescue jobs. You’ll be joining experienced teams with strong leadership already in place, focused on execution, documentation, and long-term delivery.
If you have at least 3 years in the heavy civil sector, having worked on FDOT projects, and looking to grow on some of the biggest and best heavy highway/bridge work in Florida!
Who are you?
• Heavy civil / roadway / transportation background
• Proven support or leadership on FDOT projects
• Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• U.S. work authorization required
Vertical construction or small residential-only backgrounds will not be considered.
