Our client is hiring a Project Manager to work closely with a Project Superintendent on a high profile bridge rehab and maintenance project. This is a field based role overseeing one to two projects at a time within the Houston metro area.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing day to day project execution while partnering directly with the Superintendent to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and financial goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage heavy civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Work hand in hand with the Project Superintendent in the field
• Oversee highway, roadway, bridge rehab, and bridge maintenance scopes
• Maintain strict compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Ensure quality control meets or exceeds project requirements
• Track schedules, budgets, and reporting using company systems
• Coordinate with owners, inspectors, and internal teams
• Travel locally as needed depending on project locations

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in heavy civil construction (highway, bridge, roadway)
• Direct project experience with TXDOT projects
• Bridge rehab or maintenance experience required
• Airport project experience is a plus
• Ability to obtain a TWIC card
• Proficient in Microsoft tools, Procore, Power BI, and P6 scheduling
• Hungry, growth oriented, and eager to learn
