Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for and partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and position requirements
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of supply chain professionals
• Coordinate candidate interviews and provide timely communication throughout the hiring process
• Present qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers
• Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding activities
• Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
• Experience recruiting within supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, transportation, or operations is a plus
• Workday knowledge/experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent sourcing and networking abilities
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other recruiting platforms preferred
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset
