Responsibilities:

• Review customer purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company requirements.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, or order inconsistencies and communicate directly with customers to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to ensure order requirements are met.
• Enter accurate order information into the CRM and order management systems once all issues have been resolved.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer communications and order updates.
• Verify pricing, product information, quantities, and delivery requirements as needed.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely processing of customer requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving order-related concerns.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other administrative and order management duties as assigned.

Qualifications:  

• Post-high school education and previous customer service or similar experience are preferred
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication skills to interact with team members, customers, outside sales, and other internal departments
• Good critical thinking skills to resolve questions and problems related to orders
• Ability to work at a steady pace even with interruptions and sometime pressure
• Strong organizational skills
