Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes for products and systems
• Assist customers in identifying replacement parts using photos and documentation
• Coordinate with outside sales and engineering teams on customer specifications and product solutions
• Create and track quotes, orders, and customer requests
• Follow up on active quotations and existing orders to ensure excellent customer service
• Collaborate with multiple departments in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in sales support, inside sales, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work with percentages, discounts, and currency conversions
• Comfortable learning and working with technical products
