Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
• Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and payroll
• Support benefits administration and enrollment activities
• Assist with recruiting coordination and interview scheduling
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
• Prepare HR reports and support employee engagement programs
• Partner with managers to support employee relations and workplace initiatives

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Human Resources or People Operations experience
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, UKG, Paycom, Paycor, ADP, etc.)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
