Human Resources Manager Onsite, Full-Time, Perm $85K, Depending on experience
Join the leadership team within this well-established company. This is a hands-on Human Resources role & our client needs to hire an HR Professional who is a doer, not a delegator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead all recruitment efforts for the organization, working closely with department managers to understand what their unique needs are & proactively work on succession planning strategies
Manage day to day Human Resources Operations within the office (i.e. onboarding new hires, answering employee questions, assisting managers with any performance management issues)
Perform payroll & benefits duties
Strategic planning
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related field of study
Prior experience recruiting candidates for open positions
Self-Motivated & passionate about Human Resources Work
Minimum 4 years of Human Resource Experience
Prior payroll & benefits experience is preferred, but not a deal breaker
