Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety and environmental programs and procedures
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• Lead accident and incident investigations and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate employee safety training and ongoing education programs
• Maintain safety records, reports, and OSHA documentation
• Monitor hazardous materials handling and environmental compliance processes
• Partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement in workplace safety
• Manage emergency response planning and safety drills

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Environmental Health & Safety experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations
• Must have prior experience working with contractors & dealing with permits
• Experience conducting safety training and incident investigations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred
• OSHA certifications, CSP, or ASP certifications are a plus
