Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone, in person, and electronically to provide product information, pricing, and service support
• Enter, process, and manage customer orders, including changes, cancellations, and issue resolution
• Verify order accuracy, reconcile purchase orders, and maintain sales database records
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and internal departments as needed
• Process pricing, billing, payments, returns, exchanges, contracts, invoices, and related documentation
• Coordinate jobsite deliveries, track shipments, and follow up on quotes and estimates
• Provide administrative and operational support as needed to ensure smooth daily workflow

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or Associate degree required
• Previous experience in building materials or related industry preferred
• Experience with 20/20 cabinet design software a plus
• Proficiency with computers, email, and office equipment (fax, printer, copier, cash register)
• Must Pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
• Work morning/evening hours during the week, required weekends and overtime 
• Maintenance of regular attendance
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented with a willingness to assist wherever needed
