Provide legal counsel on workers' compensation cases, including evaluation, strategy, medical review, and resolution through settlement or litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel on all aspects of workers’ compensation matters, including case evaluation, strategy development, medical record review, and resolution through negotiation, settlement, or litigation. Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and represent clients in hearings and other proceedings. Collaborate closely with clients and managing attorneys to understand objectives and deliver effective outcomes. Conduct legal research and analysis of case law, statutes, and regulations, and communicate clearly with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and regulatory agencies. Manage a caseload independently while meeting deadlines, building client relationships, and mentoring support staff as needed.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school required.
1+ years of litigation experience preferred.
