Salary $80K-$100K  Plus up to 100% of your salary in bonus (quarterly and annual) = OTE $160k- $200K+  ( plus  $500K monthly for health benefits) 10 PTO days, 5 personal days, and all federal holidays off
  

• Active 220 insurance license
• Bilingual English – Spanish
• Experience insurance: supporting agents, coordinating, training, supervising, and/or CRM Training agents

  
About the Role
Our client is in the insurance industry and is seeking a Sales Operations Manager, Property & Casualty Insurance - assist in growth efforts of their new P&C line of business. This role will be responsible for helping establish the operational foundation, building agent support resources and becoming the subject-matter expert by actively participating in training with our carrier and technology partners. As the line matures, the coordinator will drive production growth, ensure compliance, and provide best-in-class support to our agents.
  
Requirements

• Active 220 insurance license
• Experience in P&C agency support, training, sales, supervising, or managing agents (based on experience level)
• Bilingual English – Spanish- REQUIRED
• Strong ability to learn new systems ( Basic CRM systems training)
• Experience managing or coordinating the sales agents.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High level of initiative and comfort working in a startup-like environment.
• Management experience or sales coordination in a similar role a huge plus

  
What You'll Do

• Launch & Training: Set up internal workflows and turn complex carrier training into simple guides and job aids for sales agents.
• Trainer : Master the Property & Casualty (P&C) tools and rules so you can train others.
• Agent Support & Growth: Be the go-to expert: Help agents navigate quoting systems, pick the right products, and handle underwriting paperwork.
• Drive growth: Look at data to find ways to expand the P&C business and encourage cross-selling.
• Partners & Compliance: Manage relationships: Work closely with insurance carriers to improve the agent experience and keep pay competitive.
• Coordinate with internal teams (like IT, Marketing, and Legal) to ensure the launch is smooth and legally compliant.

• A smooth launch: The P&C program rolls out on time without major hiccups.
• More active agents: An increasing number of agents are successfully selling P&C products.
• Fewer headaches: Agent complaints and issues decrease over time, while partner feedback stays positive.
