Job Title: Forklift Operator (GMP Enviroments)
Location: Coral Springs, FL

Role Summary
Join a high-performing team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a vital role in managing inventory operations across multiple warehouse facilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute to a collaborative and efficient workplace. Your contributions will directly support research and development, as well as pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct shipping and receiving of raw materials, finished goods, consumables, and chemical waste.
• Safely handle chemicals and reagents, ensuring full compliance with safety protocols.
• Operate gas-powered, electric, and manual lift machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Maintain inventory accuracy through effective use of spreadsheets, stock cards, and cycle counts.
• Dispense raw materials and stability samples for internal departments, including R&D and GMP production.
• Coordinate waste pickups and deliveries, including laboratory waste and inert gases.
• Uphold standards and ensure adherence to cGMP, FDA, OSHA, DOT, and internal SOPs.
• Communicate effectively with team members, external vendors, and delivery personnel.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
• Transport materials between multiple on-site warehouse locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a shipping/receiving or warehouse role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
• Forklift certification and valid driver's license are required.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and operate in environments ranging from 5°C to 40°C.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and other physical demands throughout the workday.
