Manager, Sales Call Center - Insurance - P & C 

Miami, FL (Doral) | On-Site | Full-Time
Salary:  – $80K- $100K  PLUS Quarterly and Annual Bonus ( est $160K+  per year in Comp)
Benefits: $500/mo Health Credit | 10 days PTO | 5 Personal Days | Federal Holidays paid

Out client is seeking a Manager, Sales Call Center  to support the companies  Property & Casualty line of business. This is a foundational role where you will build the operational framework, create agent support resources, and serve as our internal subject-matter expert. You will directly drive production growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide high-level technical support to our agents as the department matures.

Requirements

• License: Active 220 Insurance License (Required).
• Experience: 4+ years in P&C  insurance (supervising other sales agents . CRM Training  experience a plus
• Experience from Personal Lines required, commercial lines a huge plus
• Bilingual: Fluency in English & Spanish is a must.  

What You'll Do

• Launch & Training: Set up internal workflows and turn complex carrier training into simple guides and job aids for sales agents.
• Trainer : Master the Property & Casualty (P&C) tools and rules so you can train others.
• Agent Support & Growth: Be the go-to expert: Help agents navigate quoting systems, pick the right products, and handle underwriting paperwork.
• Drive growth: Look at data to find ways to expand the P&C business and encourage cross-selling.
• Partners & Compliance: Manage relationships: Work closely with insurance carriers to improve the agent experience and keep pay competitive.
• Coordinate with internal teams (like IT, Marketing, and Legal) to ensure the launch is smooth and legally compliant.

What Success Looks Like

• A smooth launch: The P&C program rolls out on time without major hiccups.
• More active agents: An increasing number of agents are successfully selling P&C products.
• Fewer headaches: Agent complaints and issues decrease over time, while partner feedback stays positive.
