Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive commissioning plans and schedules for complex construction projects including data centres, labs, healthcare
• Establish precise commissioning requirements, performance criteria, and objectives aligned with project specifications and industry standards
• Actively participate in project design meetings, providing critical commissioning insights and integration recommendations
• Oversee installation and testing of critical building systems, including MEP & HVAC infrastructure
• Coordinate seamlessly with subcontractors and project stakeholders to ensure timely project completion and stringent compliance
• Prepare, organize, and maintain detailed commissioning documentation
• Deliver regular, transparent progress updates and comprehensive reports to project teams and key stakeholders

About You:

• Minimum 4-5 years relevant experience
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• The ability to manage complex project timelines effectively

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering 
• Proven track record in commissioning engineering
• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Deep understanding of relevant industry codes, standards, and safety protocols
• Experience in working with main contractors
