Their projects cover a variety of commercial interiors, workplace fit-outs, retail, hospitality and refurbishment work, with a strong emphasis on quality, client relationships and successful project delivery.

They are now looking for a capable and motivated Project Manager to join their Auckland team.

The Role
This is a hands-on Project Management position where you will take responsibility for delivering commercial fit-out projects from planning through to completion.

Working closely with an experienced management team, you will be involved in:

• Managing commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from start to finish.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Managing project programmes, budgets and resources.
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, health and safety, and project delivery.
• Identifying and resolving project challenges with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the expected standard.

About You
We are open to speaking with candidates from two backgrounds:
An experienced Project Manager who has successfully delivered commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects and is looking for a company with a great culture and exciting opportunities.

An established Site Manager with strong commercial fit-out experience who is ready to progress into Project Management and take on greater responsibility.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Experience working for a commercial construction or interiors contractor in New Zealand.
• A good understanding of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
• The ability to manage subcontractors, programmes and project delivery.
• A practical, proactive attitude and a willingness to get involved.
• Confidence working with clients and building positive relationships.
• A genuine interest in developing your career within a progressive business.
