What’s the Brief?
Our client is a key player in the Australian motoring industry, providing essential services that keep people moving safely and efficiently. With a strong presence across fleet, leasing, hire, retail, travel, and tourism, they’re dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions.
Right now, they’re at a pivotal moment following a merger, bringing together multiple brands under one umbrella. As they align systems, processes, and people, they’ve created a new structure that includes two HR Business Partner roles - one supporting operations and the other focusing on corporate and call centre teams.
Is This Your Perfect Match?
You thrive in fast-moving environments and love a challenge. With processes still aligning post-merger, you’re adaptable, agile, and comfortable working in the grey. Change doesn’t throw you, it excites you, and you know how to bring your stakeholders along for the ride. This is a true generalist role, where you’ll juggle ER cases, coach leaders, and manage recruitment, all while keeping priorities in check.
Most importantly, you’re eager to grow, and with a Head of Business Partnering who champions development, you’ll have every opportunity to take your career to the next level.
